No. A request for information does not enroll you in a plan or change your coverage. Enrollment is a separate decision and process.

What can I ask about?

You can ask about Medicare Advantage, how to review coverage options in your area, and what to check regarding doctors, prescriptions, and costs. Plan details and enrollment eligibility need to be reviewed for your situation.

Do I need to provide my Medicare number?

No. The questionnaire asks about your coverage in general terms. It does not ask for a Medicare number, Social Security number, payment details, or medical records. Please do not enter those details.

Is this Medicare or a government website?

No. Jason Tengco independently owns this insurance inquiry website and is contracted with Golden Outlook. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Information you submit

When you select Send my inquiry, this form sends your name, phone number, ZIP code, confirmed county, optional age range, general coverage answers, main concern, optional questions, preferred contact time, and call-permission choice. It also records the plan-count data version, the permission wording shown, its version, the submission date and time, and this website’s address. Looking up plan counts alone does not save an inquiry.

How your information is used

Jason uses your inquiry to review your questions, manage follow-up, and keep a record of your contact choices. He may call you about this inquiry only if you choose Yes. Choosing a preferred contact time alone is not permission to call. This form does not collect permission for texts or emails.

Storage and sharing

Jason does not sell or share your lead with Golden Outlook, other agents, or other agencies. The website host processes submissions and Airtable stores them for Jason. These service providers process information under their own privacy policies: OpenAI and Airtable.

Website activity

When you use Compare Medicare Plans, this website records the link clicked and the date and time in Airtable so Jason can count use of that button. These click records do not include your name, phone number, questionnaire answers, IP address, or a visitor identifier. This counter uses no cookies or advertising pixels and counts clicks rather than identifying individual people. The comparison website opens separately and has its own privacy practices.

When you enter a five-digit ZIP code and select Get Started (or press Enter), this website also records a questionnaire start and the date and time in Airtable, before county confirmation. This separate activity record does not include your ZIP code, answers, name, phone number, IP address, or a visitor identifier. A flag stored only in your browser’s tab session prevents repeat counting in that session, including after a reload. If session storage is unavailable, repeat counting is prevented only until the page reloads. This counter uses no cookies or advertising pixels. It estimates starts, not individual people, and blocked or unsuccessful requests may not be counted.

Fonts are loaded from Google, which receives connection information to deliver them. The page does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. Hosting and font services may process technical information when you visit. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices and questions
